How your information is handled

This notice describes information submitted through the Silver Fern Staging contact and review forms.

Information collected

Messages may include your name, email, phone number, property address and the details you choose to share. Reviews include the name you approve for display, your private email address, rating, review wording and publishing permission.

Why it is used

The information is used to respond to your enquiry and discuss a potential staging service. Review emails are used only to verify feedback if needed; a review is never published unless you give permission and Silver Fern approves it.

Storage, access and disclosure

Messages are stored in the configured Firebase project and accessed through authenticated server services. Direct client access to Firestore and Storage is denied. Service providers may process limited data to host the application and deliver email notifications.

Retention and deletion

Unsuccessful enquiry contact data and unmoderated review submissions are scheduled for deletion after 90 days unless they are needed for an active engagement, a published review, a legal obligation or a documented dispute. People may request access, correction or deletion through the privacy contact below.

Security

Administrative access uses verified, revocation-checked session cookies and server-side authorisation. Sensitive mutations require same-origin and anti-forgery checks. Provider credentials are held as runtime secrets and are not exposed to browsers.

International processing and changes

Some providers may process data outside New Zealand under their service terms. Material changes to these practices will be reflected on this page before they take effect.
